报告题目：Some configuration results for area-minimizing cones

摘要：Blowups at interior of area-minimizing currents give area-minimizing cones, so to search for area-minimizing cones is an important subject in geometric measure theory. Recently, we discovered very general configuration result that given any collection of finitely many closed minimal submanifolds in Euclidean spheres, infinitely many area-minimizing cones can be constructed based on them. In particular, given any closed minimal submanifold in some Euclidean sphere, every cone over the minimal products of sufficiently many copies of the submanifold turns out to be area-minimizing.

报告人简介：张永胜，首都师范大学教授、博导。清华大学学士、硕士，纽约州立大学石溪分校博士。主要研究方向为子流形理论，在国际著名数学期刊JDG, Adv Math, JMPA, CVPDE等发表论文多篇。主持国家自然科学基金数学天元基金项目、青年科学基金项目、面上项目、优秀青年科学基金项目，参与重点项目，为2020至2025年度ICTP Associate。
